Note:EAF=Electric Arc Furnace; LF=Ladle Furnace; VD=Vacuum Degassing; ESR=Eleroslag Remelted.

5. Shaping: Hot forged / Hot rolled

6. Surface condition: Black surface/turning/milling/grinding/polishing

7. Annealing Hardness: HB229 Max 

8. Hardness&tempering relationship: (790°C oil quenching, tempering 2 hours)

9. Properties:  Excellent hardenability, wear resistance,  quenching deformation is small, lower the heat sensitivity.

10. Application: Widely used in making high precision measuring tools, template, general demand and small size stamping die, cold extruding die, carving die and blanking die ect.
